Hi, I’m Rebecca, but most people just call me Becky.

I’ve always loved flowers, but building RAM Floral taught me that being a great designer is only part of the story. What started as a one-woman shop turned into an award-winning, six-figure floral studio. Along the way, I learned how to turn creative energy into something successful. It wasn’t always easy. I had to figure out pricing, proposals, workflows, branding, and everything in between. I watched all the tutorials, bought the programs, and went to the workshops, but I still felt like there was nowhere to get real, honest help that actually fit my business.

That’s why I started offering support to other florists and planners who want to grow, streamline, or simply feel less alone in the process.

For florists who want to build or fine-tune their business, I offer consulting that’s personal and practical. We talk through your pricing, systems, client experience, and anything else that’s getting in the way of where you want to be. It’s not one-size-fits-all advice.
